Our ability to pre-fabricate all of our designs off-site prior to installation offers signific
facility’s controlled environment. This mitigates unavoidable noise and mess at your home. It also allows us to work rain or shine, minimizing weather-related delays that can affect production schedules.
Our CNC (computer numerical control) saw system drives the superior quality for which COVER is known.
The system uses digitized data and CAM programming to control, automate and monitor the movements of the saw. This allows us to consistently produce precise cuts as well as complex joinery like mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints. We’re also able to maximize efficiencies and man hours during fabrication.
