Most contractors design, price, cut, and build largely at the jobsite. The COVER Timberworks timber frame pergola and pavilion process is built around proven designs, transparent pricing, precision fabrication, and fast installation. This makes each project easier to plan, more predictable in cost, and less disruptive at your home.
Design: Our broad selection of pre-engineered, semi-custom pergolas and pavilions gives clients a proven starting point rather than requiring every structure to be designed from scratch. Sizes, timber packages, colors, roof styles, and architectural details can then be selected to fit the project.
Estimating: Standard designs and menu based pricing allow us to prepare clear estimates quickly, often within hours rather than days or weeks.
Value: By reducing the time required for custom design, engineering, estimating, and production planning, we lower our internal costs and pass that efficiency on to the customer.
CNC timber fabrication: Our standard models are already programmed into our CNC saw system. Once selections are confirmed, each timber is cut with a high degree of accuracy, including complex timber frame joinery that would be difficult to reproduce consistently by hand at the jobsite.
Off site fabrication: Cutting, fitting, sanding, staining, and most preparation take place in our controlled shop environment. This improves quality control, reduces weather delays, and keeps noise, debris, and extended construction activity away from your home.
Fast pergola and pavilion installation: When the structure arrives, it is ready for assembly rather than weeks of cutting and building on location. Many COVER Timberworks pergolas and pavilions can be installed in as little as four hours.
